I began with a full head of Chocolate hair... On November 2nd I begin my 19th year in business. When I began selling cheesecakes to my co-workers in a restaurant in 1981, I had a head full of Chocolate hair, an off-again on-again hour glass figure, and a belief that there was a need for quality desserts. Here's to #19, a more savory color of hair (salt and pepper), a full hour glass figure (someone has to do the R&D), and your proof that the eaters crave quality desserts.
