| 2 | Then she takes this dessert and considers how it may be useful to the Food Service industry, i. e. portion size, packaging, cost. |
| 3 | Or she takes this dessert to a large account and asks how she might tailor it to their needs. |
| 4 | Or she gets a request from a large account to develop a signature item for them. |
From any of these initial motivations, signature items, new Concoctions and new Cheesecakes have been born of this Creative Kitchen.
